Coach Upham began his running journey nine years ago when he was introduced to the ultrarunning community at Liberty University. While completing his undergraduate degree, Coach Upham developed a deep passion for running, and my appreciation for the sport and overall running community has only grown since then. Coach Upham is eager for the opportunity to share this excitement with each of his runners!
