Hornets Fall 57-10 To Williamson

The Wellsboro Wrestling teams dropped a pair of matches to NTL foe Williamson at home on Tuesday, January 7.
Williamson beat Wellsboro 57-10 in the Varsity match and 69-9 in the Junior High contest.
Wellsboro seniors Evan Ingerick and Ryder Bowen scored wins on the evening. Ingerick pinned Jeremy Fuhrer at 172 lbs. while Bowen scored a 22-8 major decision over Tim Freeman at 189 lbs.
In the Junior High match Lance Starkweather won an 11-4 decision over Colton Rowan at 190 lbs. and Logan Stevens won via forfeit at 250 lbs.
The loss drops the Hornets to 0-10 (0-4 NTL). The team is back in action next Tuesday at Troy.
