Hornets Post Multiple District Times Against Athens, Bloom, Towanda

Members of the Wellsboro Swim team posted four district qualifying times as part of a tri-meet with Athens and Bloomsburg at Towanda on Wednesday, February 1.

Freshman Makenna Robbins swam 6:06.60 in the 500 Free, junior Madison Robbins posted a 6:12.42, also in the 500 Free, junior Isobel Anderegg swam a 1:12.97 in the 100 Fly, and senior Hayne Webster recorded a 1:01.32 in the 100 Fly.

Webster also swam 24.66 in the 50 Free, Anderegg recorded a 2:20.38 in the 200 Free, freshman Kristina Belz swam 32.59 in the 50 Free and 1:25.27 in the 100 Breast, Madison Robbins added a 28.16 in the 50 Free, Makenna Robbins posted a 2:16.05 in the 200 Free, and junior Caralyn Warner recorded times of 1:04.08 in the 100 Free and 1:10.34 in the 100 Back.

The team is back at Towanda on February 9.
