Abernathy, Bordas Named To NTL All-Star Team

Seniors Jordyn Abernathy and Maddi Bordas were named to the NTL Softball All-Star team as the league announced their selections on Friday, June 30.

Both were 2nd team selections.

Bordas and Abernathy both tied for the team lead with 19 hits. Bordas led the Lady Hornets with 18 runs scored and 4 extra base hits while hitting .339 with an on base percentage of .448 and a .446 slugging percentage. She also drove in 8 runs.

Abernathy scored 15 runs, had 4 extra base hits (3 triples) and 8 RBIs while hitting .333 on the year. She had a .397 on base percentage and a .456 slugging percentage.
