Bleggi, Jackson named to All-Region XC team

Freshman Anna Bleggi and Junior Jada Jackson were named to the All-Region Cross Country team by the Towanda Daily Review.

Both girls were second team selections and helped lead the Lady Hornets to a 12-1 overall record and a second place finish in the NTL at 8-1.

Bleggi had Wellsboro's best time at 20:59 at the NTL Coaches Meet and had two first place finishes. Jackson ran her best time of 21:39 at the Mansfield, Northeast Bradford, CV meet and won the Canton and Sayre meet.
