Daugherty headlines NTL wrestling All-Star selections

Senior Chad Daugherty and two other Hornets were selected to the NTL All-Star wrestling team.

Daugherty was selected to the first team in his 195 lbs. weight class after finishing the season 30-4. After the season, Daugherty was the North Section champion, a District 4 runner-up, and a regional fourth-place finisher.

Junior Brandon Owlett (145 lbs.) and Senior Eli Kennedy (220 lbs.) were also second team selections. Owlett was 25-8 on the year, was a North Section runner-up and a District 4 qualifier. Kennedy went 20-12, was a North Section runner-up, and a District 4 qualifier.
