Hornet grapplers fall to Towanda

The Wellsboro varsity wrestling team suffered a league loss to Towanda yesterday by falling 62-9. Junior Chad Daugherty and Sophomore were the only two match winners for the Hornets. Daugherty pinned his opponent at 195 lbs., while Owlett won by decision at 145 lbs.

With the loss the Hornets fall to 2-18 overall. The team will be back in action Thursday, February 2, as they host Williamson.
