In week 4 action around District 4, Towanda defeated Canton to improve their record to 4-0, Athens defeated Jersey Shore, Troy toppled Cowanesque, North Penn fell victim to injuries against Bloomsburg, and Montgomery defeated Sayre.

In other news around the area, Loyalsock knocked off Southern Columbia for the first time in 17 tries, and Hughesville defeated Lewisburg.
