J.V. Hornets drop final game of season

The J.V. Hornets dropped their final game of the 2008 season to Canton by a score of 26-6. After being shutout 14-0 at halftime, Wellsboro scored its lone touchdown in the last minutes of the fourth quarter when Sophomore Quarterback Nick Saniga connected with Junior Receiver Nathan Bair in the back corner of the end zone.
The J.V. team ends the year with a record of 1-5.
