"These girls have really done a nice job of playing together and giving great effort," said head coach Darrell Morris. "Looking back at our games, we rarely had many girls in double digits for points, but always had every girl on the team contribute some points, steals, rebounds, or assists. They all can play defense and their tenacity and hustle really gave a lot of teams problems offensively.
"This was a really young and inexperienced team at the beginning of the season, but they exceeded a lot of peoples' expectations, taking 3rd place in the NTL Tournament, ending the season on a 7 game win streak, and going undefeated in the NTL West. I thank all these girls for an enjoyable and successful season and coach Kristen West for doing a great job helping coach them all year," Morris concluded.
The B Team won 17-5 to finish the season 9-3 under Coach West.
With the A team's win, the team finished the season with a record of 14-6.
