The Wellsboro Girls Tennis team picked up their second straight win of the as they knocked off Bucktail in non-league play Wednesday afternoon.

"We're off to a strong start this year with the addition of Amanda to our team," said head coach Spencer Kreisler. "When all of our players are able to take control of their matches like they did today, it makes coaching easy since you only have to worry about if they're staying hydrated enough. I can't wait to see how the rest of the season goes for us."

Wellsboro (2-0, 1-0 NTL) is back in action at Montgomery on Saturday morning.
