Hornet Bocce Ballers Fall To Williamson

Wellsboro fell 2-0 to Williamson on the bocce ball courts Wednesday afternoon.

Williamson won the first game 10-4 after going on a 9-0 run in frames 5-7. Williamson took the 2nd game, 9-5, after jumping out to a 5-0 lead. The Hornets scored 3 points in the 4th frame to cut the lead, however the Warriors answered back with 3 points in the 5th frame before closing out the game with a point in the 8th.

Wellsboro (2-2) travels to Canton on Monday.
