Hornets Drop Regular Season Finale To Jersey Shore

The Wellsboro Boys Tennis team finished their regular season with a 4-1 road loss to Jersey Shore on Thursday.

Lucas Cuneo def. Saul Hensler (JS) 6-2, 7-6 (7-5)
Abram Paulhamus (JS) def. Mason Brill 6-2, 6-3

Doubles Results

Ezra Paulhamus / Dekin McDermott (JS) def. Braeden Abernathy / RJ Doughtie 6-2, 6-7 (9-11), 10-8
Luke Sarge / Dillon Harsanyi (JS) def. Octavian Wyman / Stephen Poirier 6-2, 7-6 (7-5)

The NTL Champion Hornets finish the season 11-6 overall. Rothermel and Cuneo will also be in action at this weekend's District IV Boys Tennis Singles tournament.
