Wellsboro Swimmers Set Five Personal Records Against Athens, Towanda

Members of the Wellsboro Swim team set five new personal records in their meet with Athens and Towanda on Thursday, February 9.

Junior Isobel Anderegg swam a 1:09.26 to PR in the 100 Fly, freshman Kristina Belz recorded a 1:15.41 in the 100 Free, junior Madison Robbins set a 27.72 PR, and district qualifying time, in the 50 Free, freshman Makenna Robbins posted a 2:32.51 in the 200 IM, and junior Caralyn Warner set two new PRs in the 200 IM (2:45.55) and in the 100 Back (1:07.38).

Anderegg also added a 1:20.17 in the 100 Breast, Belz swam a 32.48 in the 50 Free, Madison Robbins added a 1:03.08 in the 100 Free, and Makenna Robbins swam 1:19.95 in the 100 Breast.

The team is back in the pool on Saturday at the Williamsport Coaches Invite.
