Moyer Goal Keeps Junior High Soccer Team Undefeated

A Luna Moyer goal was the only score as the Wellsboro Junior High Soccer team defeated Galeton on Saturday, October 14.

Moyer scored off a pass from Gabe Cuneo and Camden Bryant made 5 saves in net for the shutout.

"We played a very tough team last night and had to deal with harsh weather on top of that," head coach Derek Stevens said. "Our defense has been a crucial part of our winning season and they truly had a great showing tonight."

The young Hornets improve to 13-0-1 on the year. The team is back in action at home against Troy on Monday.
