Lady Hornets Drop Non-League Game To Muncy

The Wellsboro Varsity Girls Soccer team lost 6-0 to Muncy on Monday, October 16.
The Lady Indians scored a pair of goals in the first half then added four more in the second for the shutout victory.
Muncy took 25 shots on the night to Wellsboro's 7 and doubled up the Lady Hornets 10-5 in corner kicks.
Freshman Jadyn Dunlap stopped 19 shots in goal.
Muncy also won the JV game 1-0.
The loss drops the Lady Hornets to 4-12 (2-8 NTL). The team is back in action Thursday at Northeast Bradford.
