"Our big guys did an outstanding job tonight," head coach Steve Adams said. "Cam and Hayes each had 16 rebounds which is phenomenal. Our guards did a nice job of handling pressure. The team was looking forward to the challenged and everyone played well tonight."

In the second Brought and fellow senior Conner Adams led the charge with 7 points apiece as they went on to outscore 'Sock, 16-8 to take a 27-13 lead at halftime. 11 more points from Brought in the third continued to pace Wellsboro's offense in the second half. They went on to outscore the Lancers 37-31, earning their second straight win.

The win is also the first over the Lancers since they won 53-47 to win the 2017-18 District IV Class 3A championship.

Brought tied his career-high with a game-high 22 points. He also finished with 16 boards for his 12th double-double of the season.
