The Wellsboro Track teams dropped both meets at Athens on Tuesday, April 27.
The Wildcats won the boys meet 99-51 and the Lady Wildcats won 97-51.
In the boys meet sophomore Sam Rudy won the 110m hurdles (19.21) and the 300m hurdles (45.56), sophomore Jack Poirier won the 100m (11.5) and the 200m (23.65), junior Justice Harlan (5-ft) tied for 1st in the high jump, senior Anthony Romania (9-ft) and sophomore Spencer Wetzel (8-ft) took the top two spots in the pole vault, Poirier (19-ft, 8.5) won the long jump, sophomore Wyatt Gastrock (113-ft, 7) was 2nd in the javelin, Harlan (39-ft, 8.5) and Gastrock (34-ft, 9.75) were 2nd and 3rd in the shot put.
Wellsboro won the 4x100m relay (46.88), was 2nd in the 4x400m relay (3:59.52), 2nd in the 4x800m relay (10:14.19).
In the girls meet senior Kathryn Burnett (18.68) was 2nd in the 100m hurdles, junior Hannah Morey (13.56) was 3rd in the 100m, junior Madeline Bryant (6:40.31) was 2nd in the 1600m, freshman Emily Richardson (1:14.30) was 2nd in the 400m, sophomore Ella Posada (57.23) was 3rd in the 300 hurdles, senior Aislinn Hoose (2:58.76) was 2nd in the 800m, and sophomore Kate DeCamp (30.54) was 2nd in the 200m.
Junior Sara Abadi (4-ft, 2) won the high jump, freshman Hannah Nuss (5-ft) was 2nd in the pole vault, senior Madelyn Rudy (13-ft, 3.75) was 2nd in the long jump and 2nd in the triple jump (27-ft, 1.5), senior Alina Pietrzyk (82-ft, 9) won the javelin, and senior Kiyah Boyce (29-ft, 5) won the shot put.
Wellsboro won the 4x800m relay (13:59.6), was 2nd in the 4x100m relay (57.88), and 2nd in the 4x400m relay (5:03.43).
Wellsboro (4-2, 4-2 NTL) travels to Towanda on Thursday, April 30.
