Lady Hornets swept by Canton

The Wellsboro Volleyball teams were both swept by Canton on Tuesday, September 28.
Canton won the first set 25-13, won the second 25-14, and won the third 25-13. Canton also won the JV game 2-0 (25-22 and 25-23).
Junior Madaline Bordas had 10 assists, 4 points and 2 aces, senior Emma Owlett had 7 kills, junior Emily Starkweather recorded 8 points and 4 digs, freshman Paige Logsdon had 4 kills and 3 blocks, and freshman Alexandra Urena had 2 points.
The loss drops the Lady Hornets' record to 3-6 (2-4 NTL Large School Division). The team is back in action on Thursday, September 30 at Sayre.
