The Wellsboro Middle School Basketball teams both edged Northeast Bradford in their first road games of the year on Wednesday, November 6.
The boys A team pulled out a 29-26 win. Caden Smith paced the Hornets with 12 points and Hayes Campbell added 11 points while Julian Mann, Carter Knowlton, and Ian Hoose all had 2 points each.

The B team lost 28-20 with EJ Keck scoring 11 points, Mitchel Lechler with 5 and Micah Vickery added 4 points.
In the girls game the young Lady Hornet A team won, 19-17. Wellsboro led 4-2 after the 1st quarter, trailed 9-7 at halftime, and regained the lead in the 3rd to lead, 13-12.
