Lady Hornets fall to Jersey Shore in District tennis

The Wellsboro Girls Tennis team lost 3-0 to Jersey Shore in the District IV Class AA quarterfinals at Hughesville High School on Tuesday, October 10.

Cassidy Rell def. Morgan Guthrie 6-4, 6-3
Madison Delaney vs. Kristen Bair 6-3, 1-2 (DNF)
Doubles Results
Natalie Charnego/Cora Baily-Getz vs. Georgia Macensky/Abigail Colton 3-6, 6-4, 5-1 (DNF)
Jocelynne Barr/Krista Eck def. Kassie Lewis/Ashayla Faulkner 6-0, 6-1
The loss ends the NTL Champions' season at 12-3 (8-0 NTL).
