Hornets end track season at District IV Championships

Members of the Wellsboro Track team participated in their final meet of the season at the District IV Championships at Williamsport High School on Sunday, May 22.

The Lady Hornets finished 23rd overall with 3 points. Freshman Dahlia Hosey (13.63) was 15th in the 100m with senior Lindsey Graver (13.66) in 16th, senior Haley Zuchowski (17.42) was 15th in the 100m hurdles and 14th in the 300m hurdles (51.08), seniors Mikayla Feil and Raisa Rogers (4' 10") tied for sixth in the high jump, and Graver (15' 0.5") was 17th in the long jump and 21st in the triple jump (32' 0.75").

For the boys, senior Isaac Leach (2:11.09) was 23rd in the 800m and junior Dupree Hosey was 12th in the long jump (18' 10.5") and 16th in the triple jump (37' 1.25").
