Lady Hornets fall to Williamsport, 1-0

The Wellsboro Varsity Girls Soccer team suffered a 1-0 loss to Williamsport on Saturday, October 3.

Williamsport scored the game's only goal with 2:07 in the first half off a shot by Madison Bowman. Williamsport outshot Wellsboro 10-4 on had a 9-2 advantage in corner kicks.

Sophomore Kailee Clymer stops 8 shots in goal.

The JV game ended in a scoreless tie.

With the loss, the Lady Hornets fall to 5-4-1 (4-2-1 NTL). The team will be back in action on Tuesday, October 6 as they host Mansfield.
