The Wellsboro Middle School Soccer team fell 1-0 to Galeton on Thursday, September 4.
Wellsboro did a great job controlling the game and applied pressure most of the game. Galeton had a handful of speedy players up front that were contained all but once.
"We let everything on the field and played a good game," said head coach Ed Hamm.
Nate Redell made 8 saves during the game.
In the B game, the Hornets lost 2-0.
The team will be back in action on Tuesday, September 9 as they travel to Northern Potter.
