The Wellsboro girls soccer team came up on the losing end in their game with Wyalusing Monday afternoon.
Wellsboro out shot Wyalusing 16-14 and had an edge in corner kicks, but Wyalusing was able to score in the fourth minute of the first half and the 38th minute of the second to ice the victory.
Junior Meghan Bodine recorded 10 saves in goal for the Lady Hornets.
In the J.V. game, Wellsboro downed the Wyalusing 2-0.
With the loss, the Lady Hornets fall to 1-5-1 (0-4-1 NTL). The team will be back in action on Wednesday, September 18 as they host Williamson.
