5 members of the Wellsboro Varsity Volleyball team have just been named to the All-Region team by the Towanda Daily Review.
Senior Mikayla Feil was the Lady Hornets' lone first team selection. Feil registered 107 kills, scored 139 points (34 aces), was second on the team with 25 blocks, and made 71 digs.
Junior Kirsten Florio and senior Darci Warriner were both second team selections. Kirsten led the team in kills (175) and blocks (79) and Warriner was second on the team in kills (155), scored 122 points (19 aces), and made 257 digs.
Rounding out the selections were senior Haley Zuchowski and junior Morgan Florio. Zuchowski recorded 206 digs and led the team in scoring (185 points and 43 aces). Morgan had 107 kills, was second on the team in scoring (160 points and 21 aces), and led the team in assists (231).
