Senior Megan Starkweather announced she is joining the Lycoming Warriors Volleyball team later this summer as she signed her Letter of Intent on Thursday, July 2.

Seniors Cathryn Brought and Silas Wagaman were named Male and Female Athletes of the Year at the Wellsboro Athletic Department and the Wellsboro Hornets Sports Booster Club's annual athletic awards presentation on Monday, June 1.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual Wellsboro Athletic Department Awards ceremony and presentation will have a different look this year.

On Friday, April 17 Wellsboro will begin honoring the Class of 2020 and supporting the nurses, doctors, and first responders on the front line of COVID-19 by lighting up their high school stadiums at 8:20 p.m. (20:20) for 20 minutes as part of the national “Be the Light” Campaign.

Senior Caitlyn Callahan will continue her volleyball career this upcoming fall at Millersville University.
