Taylor Keiser is in his 1st year of being the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Wellsboro Area School District. His hometown is Pine Grove PA. he moved in with his wife Emma in Mansfield, PA after he graduated with his Master's of Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University in 2024. Taylor has several other jobs, including an Army emergency care sergeant with the U.S. National Guard since 2014, an Exercise Physiologist and Group Fitness Instructor with Guthrie Healthworks Wellness & Fitness Center since 2024, and substitute teaching for Southern Tioga and Wellsboro School districts since 2024.

Taylor discovered his passion for sports and science at North Schuylkill JR SR Highschool, where he played baseball and excelled in his science classes. After joining the Army as a medic in 2014, Taylor decided on getting Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Exercise Science at Bloomsburg University. At Bloomsburg, Taylor competed in collegiate ultimate frisbee, and served as both a captain and president for the club for several years.

During his years of military service, Taylor was deployed to Bemowo Piskie Poland in 2019, where he was awarded with an Army Achievement Medal and an Overseas Service Ribbon for his outstanding medical support of the 3/238th Armored Cavalry Regiment during the mission Atlantic Resolve - European Reassurance Initiative. He currently serves as a sergeant with the National Guard attached to an infantry unit in Waynesburg, PA.

Apart from exercise science, Taylor's passions include weightlifting, hunting, fishing, and video games. He also enjoys rooting for Philly sports teams. Taylor's most prominent work includes creating personalized exercise and nutrition plans for his clients and sports teams. He also enjoys creating group fitness class concepts which are utilized by Guthrie HealthWorks members on a weekly basis. Taylor is also striving to achieve the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification.
