Todd Outman

Mr. Outman is in his 5th year as the Head of Athletics and is in his 4thyear as the Assistant Principal at the High School and is entering his 33rd year as an employee of the Wellsboro Area School District.

Mr. Outman graduated from Cowanesque High School in 1983 where he played both basketball and baseball. In 1987 Mr. Outman graduated form East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. degree in Health and Physical Education. He also played basketball at ESU for three years. In 2012 he earned a M.ED in Educational Leadership degree from Grand Canyon University.
